The animal viewing from the decks was just fantastic. One can stay up all night and see the comings and goings of game. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We found it good value for money due to the animal viewing experience. So many elephants so close. We HIGHLY recommend The Ark for a game viewing stay without leaving the hotel. Shower gel, shampoo, hand cream and soap all supplied in the bathroom. Bottled water in the room.

Sensational setting in a game park on a hillside with long views across Kenya. Lovely old building. Plentiful good quality food. Lovely staff. Super relaxing.

The owner was on the property by the time of arrival. The place was clean and ready, just like coming home. The pool was welcoming and we hopped right in. The kitchen is huge and there is a lot of space for cooking.

Georgina and Eunice at reception were exceptional and very welcoming. They went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was satisfactory. We initially had issues with the booking and Georgina seamlessly resolved the issue. The hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious.

Loved the spacious rooms and the furnishings. The host was extremely warm and thoughtful.
