Great hotel in Siem Reap, good staffs good providing tour to Angkor Wat and Kompong Kleang floating village. the laundry service was cheap it was only 3$/ kilo. breakfast only 5$ for one person. I stayed only one night but everything was good.

I have come to Siem Reap many times and stayed at several hotels and I have to say that Grand Yard La Residence is one of the best in town. I was booked here for 2 weeks and decided to stay longer. As a solo traveler Mr. Chan and his staff made me feel welcome and safe. They go above and beyond to make your stay both comfortable and worry free. The room was was large, comfortable and clean. Afternoon tea was a real treat. And the free evening transmission to Pub street was a great added bonus. Thank you to the staff for an amazing stay.

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff left us in awe. The resort is beautifully designed, with lush greenery everywhere. Property kept so clean and the room was cleaned daily. Great breakfast with good products and good coffee. Everything we ordered for lunch or dinner was delicious! Loved the kids bike, our son used it daily. Later checkout at no charge was greatly appreciated. We were so sad to leave. Loved our stay and hope to come back and stay again in the future. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!! The rooms were just as in the pictures, very big, comfortable and clean. But the best part was indeed the staff of the hotel, specially the owner. She was extremely kind, helped us with everything, laundry, renting a motorbike, etc.. She allowed us to use the installations after our check out, even gave us access to a room to get change before departing, offered us coffee and explained useful info about transportation. Loved staying in The Palmery and would 100% would come back. Location is not in the city center but very close, which gives a plus of tranquility and it is worth it.

I don't normally get attached to an accommodation I stay in but this is one property that really made me feel I did not want to leave. The property offers a villa that is so spacious, it can be considered a house on its own with three sections: the receiving and working area, the resting area, and the bath and spa area. The villa is complete with all the amenities and provisions needed for a truly comfortable and functional stay including sockets in all strategic corners. Everything is clean and everyday, the property is maintained by housekeeping. The property also offers a complimentary return airport transfer, lunch or dinner, and massage when booked for a minimum of three nights (I highly recommend this minimum length of stay as it is really a good value for money). The staff, from the driver fetching you at the airport to those at the reception to the bar, are all doing their best to provide you with the best Khmer hospitality. The location is also ideal for me. While it may be a few kilometers away from the city center, it provides you a serene location that assures you of a restful evening after a hot temple hopping during the daytime. I hope to be back in this property in the future. It is an attraction in Siem Reap itself.

The in-house spa offers guests traditional back rub and other special spa treatments. Beautiful staff! Our room was spectacular and huge with a really quiet bedroom overlooking the pool. The pool was the best we have seen in three months travelling in Asia. Most of the time hardly anybody was there so it was very relaxing in our seven day stay. Location was easy access to town and supermarkets.
