Ideal for large families on long vacation looking for high-end accommodation with value for money. The property was very modern, clean, safe, spacious and comfortable. It was extremely well- furnished with an array of modern and functional amenities and even basic daily household items which were really convenient. On the fancy side, we tried the onsite BBQ grill and the well-equipped kitchen. It was an amazing experience, we received prompt assistance both remotely and physically from staff with regard to igniting fire and operating grill safely. The location is convenient and easily accessible by car and public transport, with shops and restaurants around. The property is very safe with camera and 24hrs security @ gate plus it’s located near the local police station. Special thanks to host Ashley who was very polite, helpful and responded promptly whenever we needed his assistance. We will definitely come back in the future.

From the moment we booked until the day we departed, Hugo, the owner, was incredibly responsive to all our requests and always available to solve any minor issues that arose. His dedication truly made our trip seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself is the epitome of luxury, and we found it great for families with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide a truly opulent experience. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the lovely jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, the pool or exploring the island. We also loved having the barbecue. I totally recommend this penthouse for anyone seeking a lavish, comfortable, and family-friendly getaway.

The pool and the jacuzzi is fantastic. It was very clean and big enough even for some small swimming. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Location is good. You can reach Grand Bay beach or Pereybere beach on foot within 15 minutes.
