What an amazing hotel! Close to Playa del Carmen, but still surrounded by jungle. It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.

The best place I have ever stayed! The entire experience oozed luxury. From start to finish, we were amazed. The staff were incredible, there to make sure we had the best time and catered to our every need. Our room, the restaurants, all the facilities were perfect.
