The hotel staff are nice and always try to help you. The beds have the right mattress hardness! I recommend paying for accommodation!!!

The suite was very clean, the view from the balcony was stunning! I loved the sound of waves which I heard from the bedroom. They have great variety of restaurants and bars. I tried three restaurants, all of those are absolutely amazing. The pool bars closed around 6pm, so I went to the lobby bar which has great bartenders and servers. Also I loved the live music.

Exceeded all of our expectations - after I posted some pictures of the accommodation to social media I literally had people reaching out and asking where it is and that it looks out of this world. The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.

He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.
