Excellent customer services, clean and room, and great value!! The host always replied us promptly whenever I reached out. He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

カンクン・バスステーションから17kmのSecrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive Adults... We liked all restaurants, but the French Bordeaux was out favorite one. Excellent chef & staff. All pools were amazing. Another high was the Rendevoux Bar. Excellent drinks.

Gosh, Hotel Milam was beyond what we expected. The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

We asked if we could get a ground floor room due to my wife having difficulty with stairs, this was organised for us. On arrival we were two hours early but were allowed to check in early once the room was cleaned. On seeing the views from a first floor room we asked if there was any possibility of changing room this was also allowed. Other than a fantastic view the room was large, clean and very well equipped with self catering facilities. The bed was also very comfortable.

On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.
