Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the mountains, San Trópico Petit Hotel is situated in Puerto Vallarta in the Jalisco Region, 2.4 km from Cruise Ship Pier. I only stayed here one night but wish I could have stayed longer! I had a suite which was gigantic, with a great kitchen and amazing pool view. Absolutely everything you need. The pool is HUGE and so lovely to swim in. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is a little in the middle of nowhere but easy if you have a car/use Uber - it's very peaceful.

It’s located in a very calm and natural environment: you will even see some crocodiles on the other side of the river and a cute little turtle in the garden. The room is spacious and it’s very quite but still close to some nice restaurants. But what stood out for us the most was the kind staff. They even helped us to ship my forgotten shoes to our next location in Mexico. Very friendly of them! We can only recommend staying here!

The beach and restaurants are just a short walk away and while you are there, don't forget to hang out with Jerry, the bartender at the rooftop bar! Will definitely stay again!
