If you choose the Viking experience for dinner, prepare to be surprised. The feeling, the food, the entire setting—it’s something else. The fish dish in particular was incredibly fresh and simply prepared in the best way possible. It lets the flavor speak for itself. The Viking house is truly one of a kind. How can anything compare to that? Olef clearly loves his place and his history. He doesn’t just run the hotel—he lives it. He is a genuine Viking, and it shows in every part of what he’s created here.

Everything was PERFECT! Communication with the owners via BOOKING was fast and very responsive. Peter who showed us the place was nice! House is pristine! Kitchen and the house in general is perfectly equipped for leisure, cooking, laundry, heating etc. The house is beautifuly designed and is very cozy and pleasant. The outside views are fantastic. The island of runde is only 10 minutes drive.

Villa Freya is an exeptional holiday home with really everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed there with our children and their partners and felt right at home immediately. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together, as well as opportunities for privacy. Tusen takk Sara, og auf Wiedersehen!
