Perfectly located in a beautiful little town. The property was neat, well set up with gorgeous modern finishing. The only regret is just passing through rather than staying longer. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

I have stayed at the Viaduct often and this is best place I have stayed. Will stay again. Host was really helpful.

The location is second to none -- close to all the action on the Quay in Auckland Harbour and literally steps away from all the CBD has to offer. The owners have clearly thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Michelle was so responsive and helpful during our stay -- thank you! The property is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you need. We are so grateful we ended our trip to New Zealand at Prince's Wharf -- our stay was one of our top experiences on a spectacular holiday. Our only regret was that we didn't get to stay longer!
