Luckily we met the owner of the house on our last day. he was very enthusiastic and recommended us to nearby specialty restaurants and beautiful scenery. I will definitely stay here again when I come to New Zealand next year. Unfortunately my English is not good enough. I hope next year my English will improve and I can chat more with the owners of the house.

The stay was absolutely gorgeous! We saw the night sky filled with stars and even spotted a hare. The place is beautifully done—truly loved it!

They have thought of everything and definitely couldn’t recommend this to anyone enough. We will be back.

Enjoyed every bit of time spent here and hoped to have stayed longer. Very friendly animals to interact with and my daughter didn’t want to leave the farm. The cottage is cosy and charming, linens are fresh and crisp. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, we are really thankful for their hospitality and thoughtfulness. We even have a guard sheep at our door 😆

Hands down the best place we've stayed in during our year in Aotearoa. Amy and Jason are the most thoughtful, generous hosts and consider every detail to make the experience special for their guests - arriving home to incredible views, a freshly stoked hot tub and fire, thoughtfully curated playlists, and a very comfortable night sleep was above and beyond what we could have asked for. The location is perfect - with nearby Twizel and an easy, beautiful drive up to Aoraki (Mount Cook) - but we mostly wanted to stay in the cottage and chill for a while! Don't hesitate to book this place - our dream is to go back and see it in every season...

This is a true gem of a find. The property is very well presented, comfortable and equipped. Sitting in the garden or the hot tub looking at the stars and the Milky Way, was priceless. The place has even got a walk in wardrobe, that my wife immediately took possession of! We would highly recommend you stay at this lovey home.
