Such a brilliant location with the most special view (even when we had a bit of rain on our final morning) and incredible surroundings. Photos really cannot do this place justice - it’s just beautiful and the little patio area is perfect for enjoying some outside time in this part of the world. This cabin offers a really unique and cosy stay, and we would definitely recommend. Having spent five weeks travelling around NZ and staying in many different types of accommodation, this was the standout! We could not have asked for better or more friendly hosts either - thank you so much David and Sandy, especially for all your tips while in the area!

At the hotel every room is equipped with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The retreat was very well laid out , quiet and many luxuries. Only stayed 1 night so couldn’t make use of the pool. But otherwise the bed was comfortable. Breakfast amazing especially to have it in a church.
