The accommodation offers a hot tub. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is very modern and relatively new. The rooms are modern, yet cozy and spacious. The staff is very attentive and anticipates your every need. The pool is very nice and the restaurants in the hotel (including breakfast) are also very good.

Quality of Food and service standards very high in comparison to similar rated hotels. Restaurants visited had great menus and service.

Great property, exceptional people. Nice hotel with a wide variety of restaurants, an infinity pool and direct access to a calm beach. Everyone at the hotel, from check in ti check out, was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also great: only a few minutes drive from the airport with a strip mall, with lots of interesting cafes and restaurants, only a short stroll away. If you’re looking for a quiet beach get away, you probably can’t do much better.

The Bathroom The bathroom design is particularly striking. It feels like a spa, featuring a heavy stone vessel sink sitting on a raw wooden vanity. The patterned floor tiles add a splash of color and character, contrasting beautifully with the natural wood tones. It includes modern necessities like a backlit mirror and high-quality fixtures. The apartment also provides an indoor pool and a hot tub for guests to relax in. I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Muscat. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is great, and the apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable—exactly what I needed. Everything went smoothly, and I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, cosy and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was also well equipped. The location is ideal, with restaurants and shops close by. Ahmed has been a wonderful host, he’s very responsive and quick to answer any questions, as well as help out. I would be happy to come back, if I had to!
