What we loved most was the scenery. Beautiful bay guarded by a small island and surrounded by mountains. And lots pf greenery arround the hotel. You really feel like in an oasis. The beach is really nice and peaceful and the views from the first row of sun beds are stunning. Stuff is really friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I accidentally dropped my phone while walking from the beach and they helped me find it. I was really grateful.

With a private bathroom equipped with a bath and free toiletries, certain rooms at Kempinski Hotel Muscat also have a balcony. Guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe. We visited Muscat a few days ago.. and have welcomed by the Kempinski staff with nice smiles and welcoming coffee.. nice atmosphere and good location in Al mouj.. strongly recommended

I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The apartment is amazing (it is equipped with literally everything you may by any chance need ;)) Everything was prepared in details and in a very stylish way. Great contact with the host. Very comfy beds. We also enjoyed jacuzzi:) The pool is great, clean and just 2 minutes walk from the flat. The beach is a bit further but definitely worth of visiting.
