The hotel's comfortable and spacious suites feature a panoramic view of the Caribbean waters or​ ​the island's ​tropical ​landscape.​ Amenities include private balconies, air conditioning and water access from​ ​the hotel's private dock​. Our room was excellent. Large, comfortable, even equipped with a kitchen and utensils. It had a nice view of the city. We had no problems with noise, even though we were pretty much in the city center. Everything is a quick walk away, and there are multiple boat terminals nearby. This is pretty much the only place with a pool, so it has a bit advantage there. In other places we've stayed at we don't have much to do if there are a couple hours to space, but here we can go chill near the pool, recharge, or have a drink or snack. The food in the restaurant is truly excellent. Even the included breakfast is really exceptional. The service is good, and even if this is one of the pricier places around, it's still cheap and an amazing value.

With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, units at the homestay also boast free WiFi, while some rooms have a terrace. At the homestay, each unit has bed linen and towels.

Guests can keep up their exercise routines during yoga and fitness classes. After a day of snorkelling, cycling or fishing, guests can relax in the shared lounge area. Villa Bahia is ideally located right on Saigon bay and the views and sunsets are stunning. David is an excellent host who makes your stay very comfortable while being a wealth of information about what is available in the area. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the shower warm. Our 3 day stay here was one of the best we had in central america and I would recommend staying here
