The hotel includes the delicious restaurant Piedra y Sal providing a perfect breakfast with multiple options and a nice tiny bar. Amazing Spa-area with high-level massages in beautiful rooms. And still, the by far best about this place is the friendly staff, especially Oscar and his colleagues at the reception, always there for any questions and happy to help with any doubts. Absolutely recommendable!

The breakfast spread with fresh fruit, natural juices, and yogurt amongst other choices was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay at Cusco.

We wish that we'd spent more time there and also visited Luna's Horses next door!

We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We were very helped during 4 days by the manager Marina Romero in organizing many of our requests. We especially enjoyed the massages done by Yuddina and Kristina in the spa salon. They are incredibly talented masseuses! A huge thank you to them for the fact that we received true relaxation after a busy active day. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a luxurious time in Sacred Valley.

The Cartagena’s spa has large windows looking out onto a garden terrace. Guests can benefit from a variety of body treatments or relax on loungers by the large hydromassage tub. Fantastic hotel with superbly maintained property and facilities. The location is a 5-10 min walk from plaza de armas of Cusco and easy walk to all the spots of interest in the historical district of Cusco. Breakfast is great and the staff are very attentive. We also did a pisco sour class by the bartender which was fun. Spacious rooms. The front desk also let us do a slightly later checkout which was much appreciated.
