Everything was great, location near restaurants and small ski tracks, 10 min drive to big ski tracks. Room was Comfortable and the spa was perfect after a ski day. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect. Facility was delightful and very clean. It was a great stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone who coming to Zakopane. Underground parking was great. Pool was always crowded but that’s understandable for so many apartments in complex. My girlfriend describes it as “fabulous”.

The design was excellent and the way you get from the parking garage to your apartment is ingenious. It is a beautiful work of architecture and brilliant engineering design. The interior decoration was really cozy and comfortable. The spa area was a really good way to recharge at the end of the day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My family and I will definitely return here as we didn’t want to leave.

Everything is fresh, clean. Very helpful and kind receptionist. Location as well is very good, next to bus station and restaurants.

Room was tidy, spacious, really pretty and cozy as shown in the pictures. Moreover it had great equipment including dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, iron, induction hob, hair dryer ,TVs etc. - in short, everything you need and even more. The Staff was super nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay along the tasty breakfast with many choices. The wellness area was pretty and clean as well. The only thing I'd change is to increase the water flow in the shower, which is not a necessary problem rather than a personal preference. Overall we're glad we chose this hotel and will happily come back next time. :)
