The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and complimentary water and coffee provided each day. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. A lovely extra touch was the availability of tea, coffee, water, and small pastries at the counter near the reception throughout the day. The breakfast is also excellent.

Every little detail was taken care of right from the reception to the room. Ester at the guest service was extremely warm and helpful. The highlight is the walking tour in the morning as well as in the evening which helped us know the city as well as get around on our own. The list is endless… food, service, cleanliness, location everything was perfect!

Excellent hotel in a desirable area of Lisbon. The room was lovely, spotless and well equipped - coffee maker plus a kettle and fridge. And complementary bottled water every day. I requested a room with a bathtub and early check in. Both requests were accommodated and much appreciated. The service was superb across the board and the restaurant ( food and service) was fantastic! Overall a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very modern, well appointed, and comfortable.

Gorgeous property, very well decorated and comfortable facilities. The staff were extremely nice. We will be back soon to enjoy the place with more time.

The yard is amazing, based in a quite and cozy area. The room is cozy and clean. All other praise is to Jorge who greeted us: We met some challenges when we first arrived there that we lost one of our bags. It was so late but Jorge still accompied us and tried every way he could to help us. He can felt us anxiaty and upset, and showed his warm help. I really appreicated Jorge's help and he made me want to visit Portugal again. Thank you Jorge!

The hotel boasts beautiful public spaces, exuding a serene and elegant Portuguese ambiance. The breakfast is excellent, and there’s a delightful coffee and pastry corner available throughout the day. Our cottage room was very spacious, featuring a private courtyard and a warm jacuzzi to relax in after a long day of exploring Lisbon. Above all, the service was amazing—attentive yet unobtrusive, calm, and truly made us feel at home. we highly recommend this place!
