The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and full of openness and positive energy—you could truly sense their pride in being part of this place. The design and décor honor the legacy of the building, while the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and infused with the welcoming scent of lavender from the moment you step inside. Everything we needed was there. And then there’s the patio—what a hidden gem of Porto! A small but charming pool with a jacuzzi, a complimentary sauna, and a beautiful garden spa. I honestly felt like Alice in Wonderland. I’d also like to highlight the restaurant and breakfast service. I loved the à la carte concept, which not only helps to prevent food waste but also allows you to enjoy a different taste every day from a wide selection of options. A truly unforgettable stay!
