Very nice property, I felt like in a French Chateaux and the positions in Borsec was perfectly in center and the promenade. The room was very clean, warm and comfy and the bed was so soft. The bathroom was clean but could be better. The breakfast was really unexpected good and with a variety of goods (bufet) For sure I will return ❤️

They gave us good instructions for parking safely. I can't tell you how appreciated an adequate and convenient parking lot is! It was easy once we got the codes, though at one point we got a message from the host "I think your husband is struggling with the code". He just didn't know to turn the door handle, but it was so charming they checked the camera and reached out. There wasn't a washer, and the only laundromat in town had unfortunately closed early. I was looking for other options when the hosts contacted me again asking what it was that I needed washed, and offered to wash the items for me! I decided to hold off for another town on another day, but just the fact that they took the initiative and made the offer was noteworthy. My goodness, how's that for excellent service?! The apartment itself has a nice entry hall with hooks for your coats, with a kitchenette just off the entryway. It had a great fridge/freezer and a pod-type coffee machine. It appeared to have all you'd need to cook your meals for a longer stay. The living room was really quite big, with a nice TV and a dining room table in one corner, and a huge coffee table and great pull-out couch. It was perfect for enjoying a family movie night! The bathroom was very nice, and I'm picky about bathrooms. It didn't have a shower curtain or door, but the room was clearly made for water all over the floor and it wasn't a problem at all! Having a separate bedroom was really nice as a kind of "marker" that we're transitioning from relaxation to sleep. There was a nice chair in there so you could dress comfortably. There was a wardrobe along one wall and a bedside table. But the star of the whole excellent show is the mattress. What a treat! I need to know the brand/model.

The units in the guest house are equipped with a flat-screen TV with streaming services and with satellite channels. The chalets are great, it is a brand new construction so everything smells new ;). The hot water jacuzzi on the porch is great for relaxation during the day but also during the night next to a glass of wine or cocktail. Very good idea with the interior hammock, my kid loved to sleep on it. I would have expected the location to be more secluded from the main road but the good surprise is that even if it is pretty close to the main road, it is not disturbing. Also, there is the possibility to eat just next to the resort in a restaurant where you find really good food at very good prices.

The landlord knows how to provide the important things without being intrusive. There is a high-quality coffee machine, microwave and toaster, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The whirlpool was even preheated before we arrived, which we immediately took advantage of in the winter temperatures. Larger towels and bathrobes would have been very helpful here, though. And unfortunately there were no towels for our daughter. Overall, we really liked it and would like to come back for a longer stay.

Well prepared appartements with coffee machines, microwave, toaster and also our room had a washing machine. We could enjoy the terrace with the barbecue place also for an additional fee we could enjoy the hot tub. Suitable for families and smaller groups of people whom need a quite place to relax and recharge the batteries!

A small cozy house in a quiet part of Borsec, with view on the valley and the forest. It is a beautiful old house renovated with taste and style. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped. The host has attention to the detail, every little thing was working as expected. The house has a very nice terrace with table and chairs perfect to chill out in the afternoon. There is also an open-air oven and a hot-water woodden barrel on the terrace - which we didn't use during our stay so I can't appraise them. Overall we had a very positive experience, would love to go back one day.
