Guests at Gästgifvaregården enjoy access to sauna and jacuzzi as well as a games room with pool and dart. The grounds and hotel are a lovely mix of charming and contemporary but in keeping with the original buildings. I have never seen a hotel room with such attention to detail… hooks… robes… lighting etc. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and if I lived here would order one. This hotel was one of our favourite places during our 2 weeks in Sweden. Would absolutely stay here again!

I was sorry I could only stay one night. Very nice and healthy breakfast. The cheese pancakes were lovely. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful.

This hotel is set in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse by Abbekås's Mossbystrand Beach. It offers free Wi-Fi, in-room flat-screen TVs. Our room was located in a old silo which was completely renewed with all modern comfort (air conditioning, large TV screen, minibar,…). Unfortunately our room did not have front view on sea but we really enjoyed the location of the hotel very close to the beach (nice for romantic walks before or after dinner)… The restaurant of the hotel is very nice in Swedish style and is offering some local food (BTW with very large choice for breakfast). The hotel is close to Ystad (only 10 km) which is a nice city of the southern Swedish coast (jazz festival starting from 31st July). Also SPA is available in the hotel (this is normal, we are in Sweden! 🇸🇪)…
