We have planned long awaited Northern Lights trip at Kiruna as this year there are lots of activities on sun and have greater chances and views of Northern lights. We have decided to do road trip from Södertälje to Kiruna but as the distance is approximately 1300 kms which would requires 15 to 16 hours and we decided to have break journey with nice overnight stay in hotel and then I found this. Great hotel just off the E4 but was surprisingly quiet given its beside a very busy road. It has ample parking spaces. We had a warm welcome by Kristofer the owner. Check in was quick and simple by girl at the reception. Kristofer is very very helpful in showing our room, the free of charge coffee and tea machines and the water stations etc. The family room itself was very good. Breakfast was nice and mostly fresh. I have booked another stay on 1st March 2025 as return journey back home. If you want to reach the hotel number please dial start with +46 and not 0 as it redirected to wrong person. Thanks

Nice room and cozy ambient. We enjoyed very good food at the restaurant where they have an area dedicated to dog owners (not common even in pet friendly accommodation). Staff are very friendly. We would like to thank in particular the breakfast lady that allowed us the usage of the room after the check out time, while we have been waiting for car assistance (flat tire - very effective assistance btw :-).
