Great bed, shower and kitchenette and all looking smart and new. Generous free breakfast of cereal, juice, croissants coffee and toast included in price (in the garden bar under apartment). Best of all was the welcome though. Staff of bar are great and the beer, popcorn and bruschetta were very welcome after a big day cycling. We were also given a free bottle of locally made wine which we drank sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down across the valley.

He clearly takes responsibility for the operations and quality without being intrusive and it makes for an excellent stay at the finest village home's historic modernized hotel and reataurant property. He also maintains a full bar with fine wines and spirits and outstanding coffee.

Featuring a roof terrace with a private hot tub and a sun terrace with sun loungers, Floating Sea Houses MARINA LUX is located in Marina Portorož. It was a really special experience to stay on the sea for a few days. Very well equipped, practically furnished accommodation. Special and good location, the rooftop was amazing, and there was access to a beach as well (only few steps from the door). Eva was really kind and helpful. And there was a beautiful sunset in front of the floating house on the beach.

Parking was easy on private property at the entrance to the apartment.
