The food was delicious and there was a wide choice. The room was bright and spacious, Loccitane products were prepared in the bathroom. The spa was well equipped. The staff is polite and kind. The gentleman with the magnificent mustache was extra helpful with our food intolerance, so thank you again!

Great location. Rooms are cosy, comfortable, and very clean. The spa was exceptional and a welcome end to a days hiking. Great vegan food - especially breakfast.

Perfect location for exploring the surrounding high tatras region. Lots of restaurants and hiking activities near by. Close to train station. The wellness area is great for relaxing after a day full of activities. There were not a lot of crowds, many different sauna available, hot tubs and a pool. Breakfast had typical options with added local cheeses which were great. Great value for money.
