The place is clean and smelled good. The hot tub and the welcome vine is a big plus. The owner showed us around, and was very nice, not intrusive at all. I wanted an old world spa experience, and this was perfect. This spa has old world charm with modern comfort. Half board included an excellent dining experience. I'm a vegetarian, and often great dining experiences for most fall short for me. Not this time. The vegetarian entrees were innovative and delicious. I just loved the easy-going elegance of taking tea or soaking in the thermal pool. All the pools are relaxing and surprisingly, they are not overcrowded. The spa is on an island which provides a park-like environment. I highly recommend staying here.
