Their customer service was exceptional. Anything you needed, they went over and above. A special mention to Soi at the restaurant who made sure my baby was always fed. The rooms were beautiful, extremely comfortable, well equipped, clean, and bigger than most. The spa was relaxing, the architecture of the whole place, and mesmerising. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning and recommending it.

The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. I enjoyed everything at this property. It was quiet and small, and very accommodating! Upon arrival I was greeted with a cold towel and welcome drink. My bags were already taken up to my room as I checked in. They upgraded me to bigger suite. The staff were so kind and patience and really wanted to make sure every guest enjoyed their time there. They had a tiny gym space, a steam room, a hot tub, and the pool was on the rooftop. There is a spa that offers excellent quality massages.

For guests' convenience, there is a 24-hour front desk available at the property. Staff clearly stood out here. There was always someone who asked if we needed anything and they were all smiles! The kids club rocks! After 2 days our toddler was so comfy, we booked a babysitter for 3 hours and she just had a blast. The activities are mostly included, they even do a foam party in the pool! Food is good and affordable. The grounds are lovely and sprawling but still nothing is too far away.
