The most memorable staff was the guy who fetch us every-time to walking street, he knows how to speak Malay, english too bad that i forgot his name.

The whole team were polite and knowledgable when we arrived. Rooms are spotless. All in all I would recommend this hotel 100% if travelling to Pakbara. We will return soon.
