Everything from begining to the end was amazing specially the custimer service wich was in very high level along with very nice smile on every staff face felt like at home. By the way everything i experienced is the same for all customers. Rooms very nice and clean Reception made my life very easy specially when having a baby whatever i ask they immedoatelydo it with pleasure. Food was really top tasty Big thx to every staff in this hotel appreciate their work. Mr Bassem in the reception is so professional and welcoming and easylife maker. Recommend this hotel and will definately come back again and again.

We booked all inclusive and enjoyed a great variety of delicious food and drinks. The location is directly at the beach, the hotel is very clean and the service is fantastic. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. They gave me a room at the top floor and the roof has a nice view of the city. The staffs did a great job and the breakfast is very good. They added cheese in my omelette and the coffee is good. No TV, but wifi is working well. Warm water take a few mins to be ready. They also have a restaurant one minute walk away.

This hotel is 4 stars, but it was even better than some 5-star hotels I have stayed in. The staff were very kind and friendly. When we arrived, we had booked a simple room, but the people at the reception gave us a suite for the same price. That was very nice of them! The swimming pools were great – clean and well equipped. The hotel had a very relaxing and peaceful vibe, which we really enjoyed. We stayed with full board, and the food was amazing. Every meal was tasty, and the desserts were really impressive! The staff in the restaurant, the bar, and all around the hotel were always smiling and ready to help. The view from our room was perfect – we could see the beach and the pool while lying in bed. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very welcoming staffs at the reception and restaurant. Mrs Hayet, Mr. Ali, chef Kurdi and the rest of the team. While checking-in, they upgraded our rooms to pool/sea view. We asked for late check out and we got one room till 6pm! Staff at the restaurant took extra care and prepared special gluten-free meals for my wife being a coeliac. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!!
