The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Alot of small details that impressed me if you pay close attention to detail.

People are smiling and very polite, both Nur and Cignam at the front desk speaks great English and they were the nicest people that helped us a lot during our 4 days stay. The hotel is a little out of the city center but you have many bus options in front of the entrance. The balcony and city view is splendid. Breakfast provides a lot of options and the warm dishes vary per day. We cannot complain about this relaxing stay in Bursa!
