I can not begin to describe how the staff was very pleasant, professional & amazing at what they do. This is the perfect resort to relax & have a good time. This is a very Beautiful resort with so many things to do & it’s all inclusive. Food and drinks were amazing. This resort was worth it based off the customer service alone.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, a garden as well as a shared lounge, The Mermaid & The Alligator is situated in the centre of Key West, less than 1 km from South Beach. Featuring a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking hotel has a hot tub. First and foremost, we were welcomed by the lovely Olga (receptionist) who was highly attentive and detail oriented. She made us feel like VIP guests! She showed us around the property and then to our room. Everything was pristine and serene. We felt right at home immediately! Amenities: Beautiful, serene, modern, clean. The hotel offers free sunscreen, water, snacks & drinks, happy hour, coolers, and beach towels! Everything you could possibly need or want, they've thought of. Breakfast: Different menu options each day and it's made to order for you once you take your seat in the lovely, lush garden. Ana and Anielka were on staff in the kitchen and were very kind and quick to make our food. The ingredients were fresh with lots of yummy fruit options! Location: 10-20 minute drive or walk to downtown. Super convenient access to Duval street. We left our car parked the day we checked in and didn't use it the entire time we were there.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided in every apartment. Additional en suite amenities include a private bathroom, balcony and ironing facilities. A separate living room is also included. Unfortunately we stayed there only for one night but when we plan next visit for the Key West then we will defintely stay in the hotel for longer. I recommend this place to everyone. The hotel is exceptional!!! It’s located very close to the airport but it was not making big differnce for us as there were no night flights.

The property is very well maintained, it is cozy and comfortable and the owners truly care about your stay. It was great to stay in a place where people care about how you feel and are thoughtful to give you tips about the city and what to do during your visit. It made our experience a very pleasant trip.

This historical Key West bed and breakfast is 1 mile from the Southernmost Point and 3 minute’s walk from iconic Duval Street. The Artist House guests will enjoy a daily continental breakfast and spa hot tub. Breakfast was extravagant and delicious happy hour was plentiful and had local beer and nice wines or even proseco one day, not the usual mass produced stuff seen at most complimentary happy hour! They even had cookies and snacks out at night it felt like everything an old B&B should be. The room was beautiful and clean, great shower and private outdoor sitting area. We loved sitting on the front porch with a drink and the private courtyard with warm soaking pool! The staff were very welcoming and informative about the history of the house which had actual paintings from the original owner. And its Such a great location you can walk to everything!

This historic Key West Orchid Key Inn - Adults Only is on Duval Street 3 minutes’ walk from the Ernest Hemingway House and Museum. Features include a daily continental breakfast, heated pool with a hot tub, and a bar. Exceptionally beautiful little hotel complex right on Duval Street, not far from the most interesting sights. However, in the summer heat, even short distances on foot become an ordeal. It is advisable to rent a scooter from the rental station right next door. Rooms are very clean, well-kept furnishings in a high-class style. The staff are very, very friendly and happy to help with any problem. For a hotel that does not have its own kitchen/restaurant, the breakfast is excellent and leaves little to be desired other than hot food. As we said when we left: if we ever return to Key West, we will stay here!
