We noticed that even the managers pitched in where needed. The building itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room was spacious and had a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and a lovely surprise was the kickback in the evening where you received complimentary drinks and food. We also loved the hotel bar which was open until late. We had a fabulous stay and if visiting Cleveland again we would not look to stay anywhere else.

Brought my mum for the night while she was visiting from England and it exceeded our expectations. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained and had everything plus more that we could want. The decor and decoration was beautiful. The breakfast was the best one I have had in a hotel in the many years of travel I have had. Have already recommended to friends and if in the area again would book without a shadow of doubt!
