Guests will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Excellent hotel — I’m really glad I chose to stay here. I’ve been to Orlando many times, but had never stayed at this property before. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’re in a truly comfortable space. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional — for example, after we checked in, someone actually called to ask if we liked the room. That doesn’t happen often in hotels. The location was also perfect for us — just a short walk to the premium outlet mall my wife wanted to visit. There was also a pool, which was a nice bonus. The only thing we missed was breakfast. It wasn’t available directly from the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. You could order Uber Eats, but room service breakfast wasn’t an option. The room was beautiful, the balcony was clean, and the view was fantastic. We’re really happy we stayed at this hotel.
