Room was very big, absolutely gorgeous bathroom and shower, beds very plush and comfortable that we ended up sleeping 12 hours straight once!!! Staff were amazing especially the front desk Ms.Cara who carefully walked through with us what we needed to know and Mr Peter for getting in touch with me in advance for tour bookings to Ha Long bay. The location is perfect. In the old quarter, but not on a crazy busy street which is nice, as it was quiet in the evenings. They were so accommodating, we booked for our entire stay in Hanoi. We stay the first night, then they held our bags free of charge for a 3 night ha Giang excursion. We stayed another 2 nights and even accommodated a 2:30am check in because we were late back from ha Giang. We the did a 2 night ha long bay/ninh binh excursion, for which they held our bags free of charge, then we stayed our final night in the hotel. Super friendly staff, really flexible and also amazing at responding on WhatsApp. Everyone one of our needs were catered for. Would recommend.
