I had great sleap, comfortable bed and pillows. And we also tried massage services. Which was uncomparable to street massage saloon. But tripple the price, still worth it. Probably first hotel with pictures that match reality.

The units feature a wardrobe. My second visit to this hotel, and this time around was also flawless. I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. Everything about our stay at Anatole was fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel valued and special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Frankie and the rest of the team were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. We were seriously impressed by their friendliness and attentiveness. On the occasion we had an issue in our bathroom, the staff member I spoke to on the front desk called in someone to help who arrived at our room and fixed the issue within 5 minutes which I thought was very impressive. Additionally, the team surprised me with a lovely birthday cake and decorated plate for when I arrived which was a lovely touch. They also gave me a gift when I was leaving to mark my birthday which was so kind. The sky bar and pool is beautiful and a great way to view the city. The staff here are also exceptional and can't do enough to help. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was also very professional and prompt. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Could not fault our stay at all, I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi. It's right in amongst the Old Town and walking distance to lots of great attractions and restaurants. If I come back to Hanoi I will definitely stay here again!
