The food was amazing, very helpful and kind staff. A very nice place to stay!

En suite bathroom comes with a bathtub. Towels are provided. Staff was more than helpful, they arranged for us early check in in the middle of the night when entire town was sleeping. Rooms/villas are huge, clean, great equipped. Breakfast is served ala carta. We did not use tv, but each room has Netflix account ready to watch. W didn’t use pool.

The hotel is amazing: the room is great with a fantastic view of the seaside and they welcome you with a delicious cake inside when you arrive. The food is delicious and very well presented. The staff is very welcoming and will never let you down. The outdoor pool is stunning and the water clean and at the right temperature to enjoy it at full. You can really experience how the vietnamese are such great people!

Thien Thanh Hotel offers a hot tub. Bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for hiking and cycling. The free breakfast was delicious and served quickly, with a smile! The rooms were clean and private, and the bed was very comfortable, even for a larger individual as myself. Ms. Bong is a firecracker of a woman with spunk and energy to match anyone she works with. She went out of her way to support me with a truly enjoyable experience in Phong Nha. When there were troubles with my bus ride into town, I was able to reduce the length of my stay without any penalty directly on booking.com. Then she was able to get me checked into my room by 8AM without having to pay extra for the early arrival. She also assisted me directly to book a bus to Hue, and got me setup for an all day cave tour, all at very cost friendly rates. She even gave me a great dinner recommendation at the Indian restaurant across the street. The only thing I would have changed was to stay longer.
