I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

We absolutely loved our stay at Threeway Riverside Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier – especially Tham, who honestly made us feel like family. Everyone went completely out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare to feel this cared for when you’re travelling. The villa itself is in a lovely, peaceful spot right by the river. It’s just far enough from the busy center to feel relaxing but still close enough to pop into town whenever you like. Our room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the little touches around the property made it feel extra special. If you’re coming to Hoi An and want somewhere welcoming, calm and with staff who genuinely go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Threeway Riverside Villa enough. We’re already planning to stay here again next time.

The staff was super kind and welcoming, they offered many tours and gave recommendations on what to see in Hoi An. Breakfast had good options of fruits, cakes and much more. Rooms were big and clean. There was a pool table, where you could play and spend some time. Motorbike rent, laundry washing and shop is near to the hotel.

Palm Garden Resort leží u pláže Cua Dai, v krásně upravené zahradě o rozloze 5 hektarů. Může se pochlubit lázněmi a 45metrovým venkovním bazénem. Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was nice and warm. The staff was extremely friendly.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Asia, and this has to be one of the best! The hotel facilities, the staff, the location, breakfast buffet - all was great! It was nice to be out of the old town, but still very close. Also a nice bike ride to the beach through the rice paddies. The staff were amazing - we had our one year old with us and he adored the staff, and they were so accomodating. I had to see a doctor while there, and the hotel helped organise it (within minutes!), there were bikes, umbrellas when raining, everything you could need!

Among all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is one of the most beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff are all amazing — especially Rose, who helped me a lot with preparing my visa documents. She even used her own computer to help me send and organize my papers. The breakfast was very rich and varied. As a bonus, they even offer tea and sandwiches at 2:00 p.m., which we haven’t seen in other hotels. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Ms. Mia kindly helped us check into the hotel earlier than the usual time since we were tired. As soon as we arrived, she offered us a cold drink.
