Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group is situated in Ha Long. The property is set at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Guests can enjoy sea views. First of all, I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Miss Chee. She has been in constant contact with me since the first day of my reservation. She arranged all transportation and accommodations exactly as I requested. Upon arrival at the airport, a private chauffeur greeted us at the door and took us directly to Halong Bay. Upon arrival, the staff there immediately took our luggage and offered us both hot and cold refreshments. Then, we were taken to the cruise ship on a private speedboat, which was a very fun experience. It felt like we were racing through all of Halong Bay, enjoying breathtaking views. When we arrived at the cruise ship, we were warmly welcomed at the entrance. They immediately offered us cold drinks and informed us that our luggage would be taken to our room while we were escorted to lunch. The lunch was fantastic, marking the beginning of our cruise journey. As for the food, I would say that it matches the price paid. Don't expect a high-end fine dining experience, but the service and staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They were always keeping an eye on us, ensuring we had everything we needed—without being intrusive. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything. My spouse and I will definitely return next year. I highly recommend this cruise without hesitation. Our room was amazing, located on the upper deck with a private balcony and panoramic windows. We spent our days enjoying the stunning views. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, which was a bit of a downside, but everything else—especially the service, the staff, and Miss Chee—made for a wonderful Halloween vacation. Once again, thank you so much! I highly recommend this cruise to anyone considering it.

The whole experience was first class. Room and facilities were spacious clean. Views are stunning,food was first class and plentiful.great activities which are optional. Plenty to do but peaceful if wanted. All staff were helpful polite but two people made it special for us Jerry a new boy has a little to learn but was so kind and willing to. Tina what can I say she is a very special she made me and my wife’s trip,one we will never forget, very professional in all aspects. Thank you❤️

From the time we were picked up by the cruise operator to the time we were dropped off at our hotel, the experience was outstanding. The staff are friendly, welcoming, organised and communicate well. The programme from when you get on the cruise till you get off, is action-packed and fulfilling. There is enough food being served and the cruise is well-catered for. The timings are great too.

They learn to know you very quickly and give you amazing treatment as if you were the only one on the cruise. The schedule is accurate. The activities and excursions are interesting. This cruise is lovely. Great attention to detail and all amenities on board are very modern. The Massive Yatch is well kept and is definitely worth a visit, even if only for one night.
