There are vintage cars all over the property. I have never seen a more interesting place like the Hippomoon Lodge. As a world traveller I must admit that this is one of the most spectacular, interesting and fun place I have ever stayed at. Highly recommendable!!!!!! Thanks Xavier!

At Lion Tree Top Lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. What an absolutely amazing place and people. Couldn’t asked for a better place to spend my new year! Brian, Donald, Lynn, Mamsi and the rest of staff made me feel so at home and taken care of. Rooms/tents are very spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace so you can really take in the surroundings. Dinner around the fireplace in the evening was lovely, and the food was amazing! Be prepared to gain a couple kilos - it’s so worth it ;) They will arrange any activity for you and I can also highly recommend the bush walks. I hope to be back at Lion Tree Top soon!

Each of the luxury suites features a private viewing deck with built-in hot tub. This lodge is superb and we had the most wonderful three days here. Nadia and her team are incredible and nothing is too much trouble. The chef was amazing and we really enjoyed the meals. The actual chalets themselves are beautiful and extremely spacious, with indoor fireplaces and patios with hot tubs. The game drives with Moyo (our Zimbabwean ranger) were extremely special and we sighted numerous different types of game, including a cheetah with her cubs and many more.

All our suites are air-conditioned and architecturally designed offering modern comforts in an ancient setting. Each suite is provided with a private wooden deck, Jacuzzi, lounge area and an outside shower for those who are adventurous at heart. We loved everything about our stay at Pondoro. The room was amazing, the food was delicious, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, the setting is truly phenomenal, and we saw the big 5 thanks to our amazing guide and tracker.
