We had a delay in our check in but it was compensated with a nice lunch and diner plus a late check out without even asking for it. The manager and staff are truly amazing people. The outside hot tube, warm up with wood.. amazing! And the bar next to a nice evening fire! They give me a better room than the one I made the reservation!
