The staff, specifically Michelle (ميشيل), he was so professional and very kind, always smiling, room upgraded without requesting, he is the right person in the right place. The location was near to the industrial area approximate 10 min. The hotel is surrounded by groceries, restaurants, pharmacies and others, just by walking.

The staff assistant is surely better than in any other hotel, we didn’t near “no” for any of our requests from housekeeping, reception, room service, spa.. everyone was extremely helpful and we got a cake for celebration, room decoration, late check out, and everything we could need! Thank you Rihan and Abdallah from reception! And of course, all the staff is so smiley! It leaves a great impression!

The room was specious and well cleaned the view from room was beautiful. the housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful all the requested items was delivered on time The bedding was comfortable. and Reception staff Mr. Jad was so helpful and check-in so fast.

Excellent hotel. Big, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with anything you need and nice view. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also the breakfast was delicious with many choices. Big swimming pool and don't miss the aqua aerobic there or to eat inside the pool.
