Thank you for your hospitality and help, location was very convenient, just 10 min by metro from the airport, room was cosy, had a lot of space with free coffee/tea/water and comfortable bed and pillows; breakfast was delicious (tasty juices, fruits, bakery. etc.) - and thanks lady for recommendation to order some more food from the menu :) And special thanks for those horse-toys for kids at the waiting area, my kid was very interested in it :)

Excellent staff Ms florance Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near metro Station. Location was excellent! it is just about 8 mins drive from the airport! Staff service is amazing. They try to provide you 5 Star service. You will get prompt service if you need any anything. The building is new and always have nice smell. We needed late checkout, The receptionist was very courteous an allowed us to checkout 2 hours later than the original checkout time. We also needed to keep our luggage at the storage for a while and the staffs took our luggage and kept it in the storage with no issue. By the way, they have a really nice washroom at the lobby as well as a prayer room. I must say this place has exceptional service like 5 Star. I will stay again once we are back in Dubai. Highly recommend!
