Our stay at Golden Sands Hotel Creek was, once again, a gorgeous experience, and it remains our favorite hotel in Dubai. Since 2022, we've consistently chosen this wonderful hotel, and they never fail to impress. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff, setting the tone for another memorable stay. The service was outstanding as always, and the rooms were impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. We were particularly delighted to find that the hotel had updated the room's decor by replacing the dark carpet with a beautiful blue one – a refreshing touch! This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a special gift – pajamas, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. M. Saber, the duty manager, and Mr. Rauf for their exceptional cooperation and attentiveness. We truly appreciate their efforts in making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return in May. See you soon, Golden Sands!

The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)

Definitely worth a visit my suggestion would be take a metro...

Definitely worth a visit my suggestion would be take a metro to Al Ras Station this means catching a train on the Red line towards Centrepoint however you must change at Burjuman this interchange station between Red and Green lines Al Ras Station in on the Green line but only a couple of stops and then a short walk.

Hard hearted selfish uneducated uncultured poorly mannered money grabbing sales people in this whole city everywhere you go and gets at its worst in the Gold souk as it’s too many shops selling the same things. I’m guessing the sales and advisers are under immense pressure by their bosses to sell and meet targets without any customer service. There is no such thing as customer service experience in Dubai anywhere in retail sector just an aggressive money grabbing city in terms of shopping experience, one of the worst places in the world for customer service scores which should be a fat 0/10 or minus if possible. Dubai isn’t what it used to be. It’s full of underpaid suffering employees / workers on heavy pressure to grab customers money. The staff think their job is to hard sell and make a customer feel bad for walking in there. Far too aggressive and pushy overpriced rip off place not worth a look let alone a buy! You have to haggle hard but even then you will be ripped off and highly likely to have the worst shopping experience of your life!!

Very interesting shops in the Gold Souk.

Very interesting shops in the Gold Souk. Bargain and you will get a lower price to suit your wallet (within reason). Jewellers always make a profit even though they say they don't make any if they settle at your price
