I liked everything about this hotel: the location is perfect (it is on the side street so the noise from the street does not reach out to the room), the hotel's reception met me with a welcome drink and dried fruits. The room has all amenities one can need and it is not a problem to ask for more if you ran out of something you need. I was leaving earlier, so the reception prepared a take-away breakfast, called me when taxi arrived. I have also got upgrade to a better room with a sofa.

It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.

They consistently offered friendly, attentive service, creating a genuine atmosphere of warmth and care. Whether it was a quick smile, helpful recommendations, or prompt responses to requests, the team at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease.     It was super easy to find apartment and check-in: the administration provided perfect instruction with all information. It was always easy and nice to communicate with the administration. Apartment is clean, fresh, beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, 10 min walk to Matenadaran, one of the most impressive place I have ever been. I love my stay in Yerevan and this apartment. Thank you for your hospitality!
