Adjacent to the park, yet quiet. Very pet friendly, they even left a dog bed with some biscuits. Decorated very fun and cool - stylish, with some cool ambient lighting. The reception was great with a lovely cafe and bar with habgout place with our dog. There is a restaurant on the top floor which looked amazing with a stunning view, which we regrettably never ate at as it was a bit more pricy and couldn't get an outside seat - I recommend booking, but would definitely go if I could again to dine there. Parking on site at extra cost.

Austria Classic Hotel Wien is only 200 metres away from an underground station with direct connections to the city centre. The hotel is entirely air-conditioned and offers free WiFi access.

This is a traditional Vienna hotel in a historical building. It is situated in the busy street next to Praterstern but most of the rooms face an internal courtyard and it is very quiet there. There are shops and restaurants around. The hotel has an easy connection to the railway station (direct metro) and the airport (train). It is also quite easy to walk from there to the centre of the city. I had a single room on the second floor, there was a fridge and a kettle, to make tea or coffee. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was served from 6.30 (really appreciated) and the choice was very good. I especially liked the cakes (with apricots and cherries), they seemed home made (if so, I would like to have a recipe as they were truly delicious). All in all, my only regret was that my stay was so short.

Behind the Wilhelmshof's classical façade you will find a modern, family-run hotel with non-smoking rooms.

The breakfast, buffet style was delicious. Cold meats and cheeses, breads, juices, coffees and yogurts were the perfect start to the day. Location was excellent, 1 minute from the U Bahn and a 15-minute walk from Stephansplatz. Very spacious rooms - I was there for a conference, so having the space to sit and work in between sessions was really great. A well-stocked mini bar in the room (there is no conventional bar to congregate) was reasonably priced and allowed an alternative to going out.
