NetherlandsThe staff is so friendly and service orriented! Everything is so well organized and maintained! The breakfast is exceptional.
When we visited there was a big power outage (24hrs!) in the village. The hotel however has a very good generator so everything kept functioning. Even more, the staff remained positive and friendly.

PolandFirst of all very attentive and helpful Owners and Staff of the hotel! Very favourable and comfortable location - real SKI IN/SKI OUT, close to Apres-Ski places and funiculier to Soelden center. Nice SPA complex with outdoor pool. Ski passes can be purchased at the hotel reception. And one of the most important things for us is that breakfasts was till 11am. You can ride the corduroy snow on fresh pistes and then enjoy a delicious breakfast.

NetherlandsThe room was very clean (just like all other hotel facilities) and cozy. The hotel, overall, is very well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner were delicious even though we preferred buffet-styled dinners to long four-course ones which were only 2 times a week. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 min ride to either Giggijoch or Gaislach gondolas on a free hotel shuttle which runs from 8:30 till 11:00 every day except Saturday (friendly shuttle driver). 3 min walk (uphill) back to the hotel from the end of piste 21. Super nice spa unfortunately without a regular pool but with multiple saunas, a jacuzzi, cold feet massage pool, and snacks which was practically empty from 2 to 4 pm. Ski rooms with the ability to lock your skis and poles and dry your ski boots with direct access to the hotel shuttle.

SingaporeThe staff in the hotel were incredible. The owners were very friendly and made this 5 star hotel feel like a home. Professional yet very personalise service. It was the end of the skiing season but they treated us so well. Would come back here again.

A good clean room, with a view on the second floor to the mountains and the main street bustling with apres-ski life, which is all in a 2 minute walk. The big cable- car to the Giggijoch ski area is only 50 meters (164 feet) from the hotel's ski room! The room was warm, had good firm beds and a warm shower always. However, most restaurants and après-ski spots (both in the valley and on the mountain) are located at Giggijochbahn, which is a bit farther away. That said, it’s still walkable (about 20 minutes) or easily accessible via the free ski bus. We rented a locker at Giggijochbahn, which worked well for us.
