The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Was nice to have recommendations for a variety of restaurants. Great comfortable and spotless rooms. Breakfast selections were great and eggs made to order was a nice touch. Location is good, slight walk to the center but still well connected.

The gentleman who is taking care of this property, was an extremely kind gentleman. The breakfast they provided was vegetarian and it was lovely and delicious. The wifi they had was really good compared to few other stays I had in Austria. Overall, the people, the vibe of the place was very warm and welcoming.

    It was very convenient and next to the railway station. Whilst not in the Centre of the town it was just a short walk to the Mirabell Palace where most tours started. Breakfast was great with a good view of the mountains. The room was nice and had everything you need.

    The tranquility and ambiance were most welcome at the end of each busy day of sightseeing and other activities. Its location could not have been better; 15 minutes walk from the railway station, 5 minutes from the river and the Old Town, same distance to the Mirabell Palace and the Panorama tourist trip centre.     Ideal location, 5 minutes from the Mirabell palace and gardens Just by the river 10 minutes walk to the old town Room 206 was a comfort room, with aircon, at the front of the hotel with large balcony. Very spacious and clean, good size bathroom with lovely shower. Walk-in wardrobe with full length mirror and guest safe. Complimentary continental breakfast was a lovely treat as was the free guest mobility card allowing free bus travel.

    The hotel itself was a little tired but it was clean, had comfortable beds, a hot shower and a very good breakfast. The outstanding thing were the magnificent views over Salzburg and the Alps. It was sensational. We didn't have a car but a 10 minute walk down the hill got us to the bus stop where in 15 minutes we were in the heart of Salzburg at the Mirabell palace. From there everything is walking distance. If you don't want to tackle the fairly steep hill on your return it's a 7 euro Uber from the bus stop. The bus is free.
