We loved everything! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was conveniently located with short walking distance to the buses which ran regularly and it was a quick 15/20 min journey to the middle of Innsbruck. The dining area was lovely and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast on offer each morning and we preferred to eat dinner here each night too. The staff were absolutely exceptional, particularly Andy who remembered small details and really made our trip special. We will most certainly be staying here again when we return to Innsbruck!

The hotel is in a great location. Outside the city itself but easily reachable by public transport. It is in the mountains with mesmerizing views. The staff is nice and breakfast is good. You also get a Welcome Card (for stays for more than 2 nights) which includes free public transport and access to some cable cars and discounts on various other cable cars and attractions.

I liked the view from my room. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to have a quiet morning overlooking the mountains. The rooms are spacious and the balconies are spacious too. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and I would like to recommend everyone visiting Innsbruck to stay at the hotel for an amazing morning view.
