The staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived on a rest-day, yet the restaurant offered a 4-course dinner, which was made with local or home grown ingredients and was very flavorful. We liked the chefs approach very much. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious too. The spa area offered many different saunas, pool area was peaceful.

    Perfect location central, so close to Penkenbahn and High Street but lovely and quiet. Beautiful balcony views, lovely host, Vera, and the apartment was spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Highly recommend will definitely book to stay again in Mayrhofen.

    Spacious apartment super close to the Penkenbahn. So convenient for skiing, supermarket and apres ski. The table in the kitchen area worked well for our family games and the boys really enjoyed having their own room! Super friendly and helpful hosts.

    Lots of space and the apartment was very clean. The location is quiet and the ski bus stops across the road. There is loads of storage in all the bedrooms. It is about a 15 min walk to Penkenbahn but is close to some nice bars and restaurants at the lower end of the town.

    I was very impressed with the hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The reception clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. It was spacious, and it had a comfortable bed. I also had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The hotel is located in a great location, very close to the center of the city, and it is only a 3-minute walk from the Penkenbahn gondola. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel and I would stay there again.

    Location, the hotel is located in the middle of the Mayrhofen, next to the Penkenbahn lift. Also furniture was like I visit my grandpa’s house, restored old typical austria furniture (at least my room).

    Very friendly staff at check-in and generally a really nice little hotel at the start of the "strip".. ie. the street with all the restaurants and pubs, and of course the "Penkenbahn"... the gondola liftoff spot for the Mayrhofen ski resort. Breakfast is tops (as is normal in Austria) with fresh "Semmeln" almost still warm from the local bakery. Love coming back year after year with the family! Mayrhofen is world class
