South KoreaIt was a special and peaceful retreat in a cabin surrounded by the forest.
Both the reception area and the cabins were beautifully designed.
The fireplace inside the cabin kept us very warm—so much so that at night, we even left the window slightly open while the fire was still going.
It was conveniently close to the Visitor Centre and Devils @ Cradle.
The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, but I’d recommend bringing enough ingredients if you plan to cook your own meals.

For iconic views of Cradle Mountain, wander around Dove Lake. The glacier-sculpted peak is nearly always visible as you trek along the icy water's edge. Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for wallabies, pademelons, and platypuses. If you're lucky, you might even see some Tasmanian devils!

The wooden boat house, on all the brochures is around the first bend over the hill. So keep walking for about 10 minutes and it will come into view! The cabin was very spacious, and equipped with a kitchen which we could prepare our own meals if needed. The resort also has its own restaurant, which we absolutely enjoyed when we dined there. Free wifi in club house, non in rooms, no TV either no phone access . Wildlife active at night, saw devils, wombats and a platypus (in the hotel pond).
