The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also run a travel agency so they can make referrals on tours within and beyond Mostar. They have ample parking, both covered and not. The location is walking distance to Stari Most and the old town, which makes it a perfect base to walk around the old town.

A hotel is worth more than what I paid. Well done . A human act, this hotel has people with warm hearts. Especially at reception. On the day I went on a trip 150 kilometers away from the hotel. My son is 21 years old. Stayed sick in a hotel bed in a room. I called the receptionist to get a doctor. Three times they ordered a doctor at the hotel's expense. Every half hour they visited him in the room. with medicine and hot tea. in order to burn at home.
