The people working here are all very kind and polite and despite being very busy they gave us personalized attention. They took care to ensure our baby is comfortable all the time, and also found us a table at the restaurant next door(which is also great). We liked the buffet breakfast as well, and with Thermes de Spa just a few minutes drive away the location was very convenient. The heating system was very efficient, which is highly important in the heart of winter. The place is situated to a walking distance to shops and restaurants. The famous Thermes de Spa and the train station are also at a walking distance; excellent bakery just down the road. The owner was very nice on the phone and also accepted an early check- in.
